The cable I ordered works better than original, it charges faster. Shipping was not long at all. This company strives for customer service. Their charging system cost less than most. I recommend Ampure company for your next EV Charger.
It did its 7.1 kw charge .
Order arrived as advertised. Good to have a cord to suppprt the max output for the charger. (Probably should be included with the vehicle / initial package, but I don’t know whose call that is).
Works great. I'm getting around 7.4 Kwh from a 14-50. On my 2026 EV9.. I did have to rebuild my mounting mechanism as this adapter is about an inch shorter than the other 14-50 adapters that were included in the kit.
It works well. But I need a 40amp portable cord. The price point for your product are not competitive for higher amperage charge cords. So i will purchase else where a 40 or 50 amp charge system
I ordered a 32 amp adapter but received a 40 amp adapter. I'm okay with it though.
The 40 amp connector is nice to have. The Ampure unit is limited to 32 amps which is fine at home. If I take it while traveling, then I'm not sure if having a 40 amp delivery unit would be beneficial. Time will tell. Thanks The only other comment I have is that the charging kit supplied by Hyundai didn't include a cover for the port connector. I bought that thru Amazon. The rest of the kit looked original. Marek

I think it’s ridiculous that I spent over $300 on a charging system and then to get the faster charge I had to spend another $80-$90 on a separate 40amp charging plug. That is a complete rip off and a money grabbing scheme. Week would act a 12 or 16 amp charging plug that’s takes over 24 hours to charge a car.
I needed the 32A cord since my outlet is 40A. The cord says 40A on it so I don't think I can use it on my outlet. I'm happy with the Ampure Go 2 overall and have a 24A cord but wanted to go up to 80% of my outlet power.
Allows the Go 2 that came with my EV to charge at over 7kW, whereas the 24A connector that came with the car limited me to about 5kW
Item order, the cord charger extension was high quality and worked perfectly. Item was ordered and shipped without incident.
Got this cord in the mail and the literal same day the charger that it goes to goes out. So I really don't know if this works or not.
Very pleased with the transaction and delivery. Disappointed that I had to pay $80 to enable 40 Amp charging that should have been out of the box and it only increased throughput to -7 kWh. Maybe it’s my service but I don’t think so.
Awesome to have a 40A plug for the Ampure Go 2. Completes the set that came with my car.
I can't speak to the quality of the plug I ordered because Ampure sent me the wrong item. I am grading their customer service as 1 star (it wouldn't let me give them 0 stars) as they have not responded to my emails or voicemails to correct their mistake.

This should really come with the charging kit they give you when you buy the car but helped get the charger from 5.7 kwh to 7.7 kwh.
The 14-50 adapter works great with the Kia supplied charger, and the plug is rated at 40 Amps so I can take full advantage of the 32 Amp charger.

We bought a Kia EV9 and did not come with with the 32 amp cord. It was nice to get the full charging capability out of the mobile charger. It works great
