Ampure Return Policy
At Ampure, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to make a return, here’s how it works:
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before sending anything back.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Restocking Policy

Unopened / Unused Items → Full refund once inspected and approved.

Opened but Resellable Items (light handling, all parts present, original packaging) → Refund subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Used, Damaged, or Missing Packaging/Accessories → Not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll cover the return and issue a replacement or full refund — no restocking fees apply.
How to Request an RMA
Contact our Customer Support team through the Support Center or at orders@ampure.com. If approved, we’ll provide an RMA number, prepaid return label, and instructions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you need is to return your current item (with an RMA) and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Orders shipped to the European Union may be canceled or returned within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. An RMA request is still required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at orders@ampure.com.
